How do I get a new domestic connection?
Totalgaz is available for domestic use in 12 kg capacity cylinders with our authorized distributors spread across South India. To avail a new connection just fill up the enquiry form and our customer service executive will contact you with more details. The customer service executives will arrange a new connection to be delivered to your door step subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions for the new connection.
What are the documents that I need to submit to get a new connection?
No documents are required to avail your Totalgaz domestic connection.
What are the charges for getting a new connection?
The existing charges for a new connection are as follows:
The existing cost of refill applicable for your respective market would be provided by the customer service executive at the time of collecting the details for the issue of new connection.
Why is the price of LPG Refill higher than the PSU LPG Refill?
Domestic LPG prices of the government companies are regulated by the government of India and do not reflect the realities of high crude and refined product prices. Moreover the PSU LPG refill prices are subsidized by the government through issuance of oil bonds to the public sector oil companies. This compensation is not available for private LPG marketers, hence price of LPG refill is higher than PSU LPG refill.
What are the documents that I shall receive after getting a new connection?
You shall receive a Consumer number and original subscription voucher.
What is it that I need to check when I receive my refill cylinder?
The seal of the cylinder should be intact. The safety cap should not have any cracks. You will receive a cash memo for the payment towards LPG refill.

How do I transfer my Totalgaz connection?
You are required to surrender your original subscription voucher to your distributor. The distributor shall verify the document and issue a transfer voucher to you. The transfer voucher should be produced to your new distributor who would service you and you will receive your LPG refill.

How Totalgaz is best suited for my vehicle?
Totalgaz conforms to BIS 14861 and meet the highest standards for Automotive LPG. The AutoLPG supplied by Totalgaz is imported through the own import terminal in Mangalore and transported through our dedicated fleet ensuring good and consistent quality.
How is the supply of Totalgaz? Will be there be any shortage?
Totalgaz ensures uninterrupted supplies to its customers through its network of dealers which is ably supported by the presence of the own import terminal and a dedicated logistics team. How can I assure myself on the quantity of AutoLPG dispensed in Totalgaz outlets?
The state-of-the-art dispensers of Totalgaz ALDS are calibrated frequently and are stamped under the supervision of the statutory authorities. This ensures that the right quantity of LPG is dispensed at our outlets thereby resulting in better mileage and performance
Why does the price of Auto LPG change freque
The price of LPG in India change as per the changes in the international prices and fluctuations in the exchange rates. Therefore the price of AutoLPG too changes frequently as per the changes in the price of LPG.
